Urgent Update Required
Maintenance Release for Lens Desktop Version 1.1.24
We have identified a critical issue that is impacting customers’ ability to log in to the Poly Lens services including the Lens Portal, Lens Desktop, and Zero Touch services.
Regardless if the following issue has been experienced, we strongly recommend all customers immediately upgrade to this latest version of Lens Desktop 1.1.24. Earlier versions of Lens Desktop will contribute to this problem.

Action Required
To update, in Lens Desktop please select Settings (Gear icon) to access Poly Lens Settings and select Software Update > Update. The update will automatically download and install. See detailed instructions at the Lens Desktop Help.
