Analysis

The Analysis tool allows you to filter through the data to explore in-depth analytics to address your workspace and inventory health, usage, and behavior more quickly and easily than ever before.

These new reports and capabilities in Poly Lens provide valuable perspectives that shed insight into the many reasons behind your inventory's performance. Now you can click into an offline device to see for how long, how often, and at what intervals it has been offline, so you can determine the best course of action.

The new Site and Room level reports provide you with the data of how the space is used by year, quarter, month, week, or day to monitor the usage of either a Site or Room.

Analysis Tool Available in the Sections Below​

Note: Video and Provisioned Voice Devices support all Insight topics in graphs. All other Devices support limited call detail Insights and will not support all Insight topics.

Device Inventory Analysis​

The Analysis tool is available on any device in Poly Lens. Note: There are two default charts created for your convenience. Device Adoption and Device Health. You can modify these charts to meet your needs or create an additional chart.

  1. Select Manage > Inventory.
  2. Select any device from the list.
  3. Select Analysis from the side tab.
  4. See below to configure the Analysis custom charts.

Room Analysis​

  1. Select Manage > Inventory.
  2. Select any device from the list.
  3. Select Analysis from the side tab.
  4. See below to configure the Analysis custom charts.

Site Analysis​

  1. Select Manage > Inventory.
  2. Select any device from the list.
  3. Select Analysis from the side tab.
  4. See below to configure the Analysis custom charts.

Analysis Chart Creation​

  1. Select Manage > Inventory.
  2. Select any device from the list.
  3. Select Analysis from the side tab.
  4. Select Add Chart.
  5. Select an Insight from the drop-down list.
  6. Select the Date Range for your data and Apply.
  7. Select Add to create the chart.
  8. The chart will display with data, if there is data to display. The chart can be modified at any time.

Additional Options​

  • Charts can be Duplicated or Removed with the Ellipse icon Ellipse icon.
  • Charts can be minimized with the Collapse icon Collapse icon.
  • Charts can be maximized with the Expand icon Expand icon.
  • The Information icon will describe the Insight that was selected for the chart.
